3 ways people gather information
There are three ways that people gather information. People can:
- LISTEN to the spoken word.
- OBSERVE: use one or more of the five senses.
- READ the written word.
Expert OJT® has created an entertaining exercise that allows anyone to “test” their abilities in each of the above three areas. This exercise illustrates that, no matter whether training is on the job, in a classroom, or online, students and trainees need to be able to listen, observe and read in order to gather information.
