For example, any training ought to have objectives, provide feedback, pace the training to trainee’s needs, etc.
Who needs OJT?
All organizations depend on skilled people to deliver the goods and services. Over a 30 year career most of the learning occurs on the job. So, OJT is always occurring in every workplace. Someone is always explaining something to another someone. The questions are, is it the right information, is it reproducible, is there any tracking system?
