The OJT Trainer Workshop, and the Job Aid Writer™ Workshop.

| Attend an Expert OJT™ Workshop as a student. |

| Meet with the Certification Coach for a 1/2 day Certification Session. (3rd day - morning) |
|
- Review Leader's Guide.
- Practice key instructor skills.
- Do workshop introduction.
- Review workshop modules.
- Review materials produced during the workshop.
- Review certification standards.
- Plan an Expert OJT™ "Solo" workshop.

| Order student manuals. |
|
- To stay current and receive updates, an instructor must order at least 12 student manuals per year.
- Certified instructors get a significant discount on materials compared to direct purchase.

| Teach an Expert OJT™ Workshop "solo". |
|
- Teach an Expert OJT™ Workshop within 3 months of the Expert OJT™ Workshop and Certification Session.
- Expert OJT™ coaches can also be present during a solo workshop (call for details).

| Send evaluation sheets to Certification Coach. |
|
- Send the Evaluation Sheets from the solo workshop to the Certification Coach for review and feedback.
